We have all heard of social networking, but does everyone know what it means? If you were asked to explain what social networking is, would you be able to give an accurate definition? Unfortunately, most individuals cannot, even though it is likely that they have join in some form of social networking, especially online.

Social networking is defined as the grouping of individuals together into specific groups, often like a small community or a neighborhood. Although social networking is possible in person, especially in schools or in the workplace, it is more popular on the Internet. This is because unlike most high schools, colleges, or workplaces, the Internet is filled with billions of people who are looking to meet other Internet users and develop friendships.

When it comes to online social networking online, websites are involved. These websites are known as social networking websites. Social networking websites are similar to an online community of Internet users. Depending on the social networking website in question, many of these online community share a common bond, whether that bond be hobbies, religion, or politics. When you are given access to the social networking website, you can start to socialize and start making friends.  This socialization may include reading the profiles or profile pages of other members or even contacting them.

Social networking is often grouping specific individuals or organizations together. While there are a number of social networking websites that focus on particular interests, there are many others that are not. These websites are often referred to be traditional social networking websites.  These types of websites typically have an open membership. This means that anybody can join in as member, no matter what their interest, hobbies, beliefs, or views are. However, once you get inside this online community, you can begin to create your own network of friends, thus eliminating others that do not meet your criteria.

There is much to learn about social networking and how you can use it to promote your products and services. In this modern day, even politicians use social networking in their campaigns and they have proven successful in providing information, creating relationships and winning campaigns.

Have you ever heard of Google Placement Targeting?

This was considered a new AdWords feature when Google first introduced it in late 2007. Click the link above and read about it.

In other words, you can be more selective about certain websites (the AdSense publishers) where you want your ads shown and place separate bids to fight for the ad positions. Without using this feature, your ads will just be shown “across the board” throughout the content network at the same bid price, regardless of the different effectiveness of each website to being traffic to you.

The challenging part is how to locate the best-performing AdSense publishers and eliminate the poorer traffic sources.

The solution is here today! Armand Morin’s Placement Locator is a slick piece of software which helps you get lots of visitors from high-traffic websites running Google AdSense for really cheap. You won’t be forced to pay more than is necessary to secure top ad positions. In fact, I let Armand reveal how he pays just 3 cents per CPM. Check this video.
