I haven&#039;t read any reason that Twitter Inc. has given explicitly but most people theorize it has to do with getting rid of bots and spams. Problem is genuine accounts also get zapped too. So even if you want to push your account &quot;to the limit&quot;, you gotta do it in an intelligent way.

I lost 200 followers but regain my count the next day :)</description>
