I found 3 gems at the Affomatic website. Download a free eBay WordPress plugin and also a free script for setting up and eBay store.

E-Book Import is a powerful WordPress plugin that imports text e-books (the type commonly found at Gutenberg) into WordPress and automagically converts the e-book into blog posts.

PlrToWordpress is another plugin that imports your PLR articles into WordPress so you don’t have to manually post them one by one.
