Target your ads in front of millions! We have no idea whether you know who Kevin Lam is, but he is one of the friendliest and most responsive Internet marketer around. He runs the very popular Networker’s Debut Forum which enjoys more than 1,300 active members, a rare feat for a high-performing forum.

The forum aside, he is getting ready his very own contextual advertising program—Fair Ads Network (FAN). People are literally fanning the fire to keep the buzz alive, touting FAN as the “3rd alternative” after AdSense/AdWords and Yahoo! Publishers’ Network.

Not only that, FAN promises to be a great combination of payouts in subscription and clicks commissions.

Like AdSense/AdWords, Kevin’s new site is a PPC-based advertising program along with an Adsense-like publishing program which allows webmasters to place ads on their site whom others are paying for through the PPC program, and he knows darn well just how easy it is to lose an AdSense account. Smart pricing and the resultant decrease in payouts by Google only further motivates him to push out FAN as the ideal program in everyone’s mind.

With Fair Ads Network, click fraud will be a thing of the past. Accidentally click on your own ad A MILLION TIMES? No problem! Through GeoIP tracking, the click is just canceled out. It’s Kevin’s proprietary technology but you don’t need to know deeper than that. All you need to know is it protects both advertisers and publishers far better than Google cares.

Fair Ads Network pays a commission to you on all monies your referrals make or deposit in their accounts, whether they are advertisers or publishers.

You get to earn 8% of every amount advertisers fund into their account, and earn $4 every time publishers reach $50.

FAN also pays out the highest publisher rates for any PPC programs to date at 60% of the click cost per click! As a FAN publisher, you don’t just earn from the click, but also from the ACTION TAKEN in the advertiser’s site.

You get paid 40% monthly commission for every referral who upgrades as “Master Marketer”. This upgrade is a monthly subscription, and you must be upgraded yourself to earn this 40%. You STILL earn from your referrals even if you upgrade later than them, a policy that is unheard of in many and any other programs. The benefits of this upgrade can be found in the FAQ section of the FAN site.

FAN’s ad layout are improved, giving the publisher even greater choices with how they present them to their visitors. Some of these formats have only been available to high-paying companies through high expense advertising companies, but Kevin is making it available to the little people like you and me!

As FAN members, you are empowered to give a vote of approval or disapproval for any FAN ads you have come across. This helps to maintain the overall quality and standards of ads included in FAN.

All these may sound too good to be true. The truth is all these little ways of earning here and there do add up pretty quickly. Kevin is still taking suggestions from members towards the site, and given Kevin’s tendency to be selfless and heartfelt in listening to those he tries to help, Fair Ads Network is essentially becoming a site developed by its members! You decide what is best for everyone!

One reason why FAN will be a major “mover and shaker” is that Kevin is right now in the process of finalizing a partnership with one of eBay’s biggest competitors, uBid.com to attain final-stage financing and endorsement from people higher up. When FAN is good to go in April, it will be with a BANG!

If you are into AdSense, why not give one of your sites a try at FAN and see how it goes? If Kevin promises it to be better, we don’t see it gets any worse.

For more information, visit Fair Ads Network and make sure to check out the FAQ page. Or visit Networker’s Debut as well. This is where Kevin discusses FAN and take suggestions for it.

List Building Mastery

We’re not the first one to tell you that owning a responsive e-mail list is one of the key elements to online success.

…PLUS you can make important announcements to bring your prospects back to your website…

…PLUS you can also sell advertising in your newsletter, promote affiliate programs, etc…

Anyway, if you’re struggling with building an e-mail list, then you will be delighted to hear about the brand new List Building Mastery package…

It’s a collection of 3 PDF Ebooks, jam-packed with tons of killer list building strategies.

The 3 manuals come in 3 parts:

–> List Building Mastery 202 – For Advanced Users
–> List Building Mastery 303 – For Master List Builders

The creator of this course, Larry Dotson, could have easily charged $97 and even more for his insider information…

Now he’s practically giving it all away for only $7.

…PLUS you can make 100% of every sale paid instantly to your PayPal account.

I get a lot of questions from people about whether they should use single or double opt-in on their own websites.

I also have quite a few customers who are afraid *not* to use double opt-in, especially with co-registration leads.

As you probably know, my customers now have the option of making their use of double opt-in an optional choice by using an autoresponder package like Aweber.

For quite some time, I’ve been telling people who ask me that they will end up with much better response both from co-registration leads and from list-building in general if they use single opt-in list building methods wherever possible.

Now don’t get me wrong. You are on more solid ground with most hosting companies if you use double opt-in, but it’s really for *their* convenience, not yours.

I have tried both, and generally find that single opt-in gives me much better results. I only use double opt-in in self-defense on websites where my forms have been prone to large amounts of “spamming” by those nefarious characters who like to engage in such things.

I hate using it, though, because I know it costs me sales, and as many as 50% of the people who subscribe to my lists never get my newsletter, since they don’t confirm their subscription.

In fact, one of my mini-courses has a 70% non-confirmation rate, and that is for people who SUBSCRIBED to the newsletter ON MY WEBSITE and get the confirmation e-mail from a hosted autoresponder service which guarantees top-notch delivery.

Among my customers who buy co-registration leads, the ones who do best with their lists tend to be those who simply mail their newsletter to the entire single opt-in list, and keep mailing until people unsubscribe.

They know that it takes several months to “warm up” a list, especially a co-registration list, before you get the best click-through rates and sales.

They also know what many marketers do not—single opt-in lists generate far higher sales numbers than do double opt-in lists by a *huge* amount.

Don’t believe me? Have a look at what one Super Affiliate had to say about his own results from a recent test that he ran. The results are compelling, but hardly surprising.
