The 4 Most Profitable Lists
by Steve Yakim

Do you know what the 4 most profitable lists there are to build?

In the last newsletter I explained that you need to build MULTIPLE tightly targeted lists. Now I will tell you which 4 of my lists are the most profitable.

1. Order Updates: This type of list has people interested in certain products. When something becomes available, they are ready to purchase. You can't get any more profitable than that! People who are waiting to buy something from you. Let me give you an example of a list that I have been building.

I will give you an example at http://www.EZasMagic.com which is the home of my "No Cost Advertising & Traffic System", I do not have the product finished because I keep getting side tracked by the many Joint Ventures that I do.

So what I have done is to put a form that people can use to request more information when it becomes available. There are over 5,000 people on this list.

Because my Alexa rating is 40,042 (I just checked), which is a fantastic amount of traffic without spending any money to get this traffic. It does not cost me one cent to advertise this website.

This proves that my "No Cost Advertising & Traffic System" really works and people want to know how and why it works.

2. Joint Venture Partners: I build all kinds of lists of JV partners. Some of the lists have only 3 members while other lists can have a hundred or more. I have a list of people that publish e-zine articles.

I have a list of people that want to exchange links on websites. And a list of people that want to co-author manuals with me.

Here is the reason why I try to have so many different lists of Joint Venture partners. Any time I have a project that I want to use to instantly boost my sales, I already have a database of interested partners that are ready to go.

This provides you with an immediate outlet for your product that you do not need to spend time or effort looking for people to participate in the new project.

Your marketing is basically done for you. This way you benefit and they benefit.

You've gotta like that!

3. E-zine Publishers: Specifically publishers who publish content similar to yours. This is because e-zine publishers rule the Web. There is not a quicker way to get a message out than to have ezine owners send a message to their lists on your behalf.

With this valuable resource you can reach a huge audience in a matter of minutes. Remember "E-ZINE PUBLISHERS RULE THE WEB."

This is a subtle suggestion to start your Internet business with a newsletter. As your list grows, you will gain all kind of power and you will make the rules if someone wants your help.

4. High Ticket Items: This list will take longer to build simply because of the nature of the list. But it is an incredibly profitable one.

You will not sell a large number of these items but you don't need to simply because you earn a high commission or profit from each sale.

Suppose that after a year you have 100 people on this list. You send a mailing to this list that nets you $100.00 profit for each sale. Let say, 10 people make a purchase. You just made $1000.00 from a very small list.

Steve Yakim has packed several careers in different professions into his life and he hasn't finished yet. He has a Bachelor Degree in Micro Computer Network Management and is a certificated Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He says that is almost as much fun as when he was a professional magician, touring around the U.S.A.!

He's been on the Internet since 1996 and has several Internet businesses of his own. As you can see yard sales are just one of his many interests. Why not make it yours?
